개인정보처리방침
1. 개요
당사는 이용자의 개인정보를 중요하게 생각하며, 서비스 제공에 필요한 최소한의 정보만 처리합니다. 처리 구조는 앱의 기능에 따라 다음 두 가지로 나뉩니다.
- 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보(모든 앱 공통): 광고·분석·오류 진단·푸시 알림·결제를 위해 아래의 제3자 서비스(주로 Google)를 사용하며, 이들 서비스가 기기 및 이용 정보를 수집할 수 있습니다(제3항).
- 당사가 직접 저장하는 정보(온라인 기능이 있는 앱에 한함): 랭킹·대결·다함께 플레이 등 온라인 기능을 제공하는 앱은 당사가 운영하는 Firebase 기반 백엔드(Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore)에 인증 식별자·프로필·게임 기록을 직접 저장합니다. 이 경우 당사가 개인정보 처리의 관리자이며 Google 은 수탁 처리자입니다(제2항).
앱이 생성하는 콘텐츠(예: 녹음 파일 등)는 이용자 기기 내에만 저장되며 당사 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

4. 권한 사용
앱에 따라 마이크(예: 녹음기 앱), 저장소(예: 녹음·사진을 저장하는 앱), 알림(예: 알람 앱) 등의 권한을 사용할 수 있습니다. 해당 권한은 기능 실행에 필요한 동안에만 사용되고, 권한으로 생성된 데이터는 기기 내에 저장되며 외부로 전송·판매되지 않습니다.
5. 랭킹·대결 기능과 정보의 공개
온라인 기능이 있는 앱에서는 다음 정보가 해당 앱의 다른 이용자에게 공개됩니다.
- 공개되는 정보: 프로필(닉네임·아바타), 순위 표시에 필요한 게임 이용 기록, 다함께 플레이에 입력한 단어.
- 공개되지 않는 정보: 인증 식별자(Firebase UID, Play 게임즈 플레이어 ID), 이메일 주소, 광고 식별자.
- 공개를 원하지 않으시면: 랭킹·대결·다함께 플레이 기능을 이용하지 않으시면 됩니다. 이미 등록된 닉네임·아바타는 앱 내에서 변경하실 수 있습니다.
6. 광고 및 동의(EEA/영국)
당사 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 표시할 수 있습니다.
- 유럽경제지역(EEA)·영국의 이용자에게는 Google UMP 동의 양식을 통해 맞춤 광고에 대한 동의를 요청합니다. 동의한 경우에만 광고 식별자가 맞춤 광고에 사용됩니다.
- 동의하지 않으면 비맞춤(컨텍스트) 광고가 제공됩니다.
- 그 외 지역에서는 관련 법령에 따라 광고가 제공됩니다.
- 동의 변경/철회: 앱 내 설정 → "광고 동의 재설정" 에서 언제든 변경할 수 있습니다. 기기의 광고 ID 초기화·삭제는 Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 에서 가능합니다.

7. 분석 및 Google 애널리틱스 광고 기능
당사는 Google 애널리틱스(Firebase Analytics)를 사용해 앱 이용 통계를 수집하며, 그중 광고 기능(Google Signals)의 인구통계 및 관심분야 보고서를 사용합니다.
- 이를 통해 Google 은 광고 개인 최적화를 사용 중이며 Google 계정에 로그인한 이용자에 한해 추정 연령대·성별·관심분야 정보를 집계된 통계 형태로만 당사에 제공합니다. 여러 기기에서의 이용이 하나의 이용자로 집계될 수 있습니다.
- 당사는 개별 이용자의 연령·성별을 식별하지 않으며, 특정 개인을 지목할 수 있는 형태로 조회하지 않습니다. Google 은 집계 인원이 적은 항목을 표시하지 않습니다.
- 수집된 통계는 이용자층 파악과 서비스·콘텐츠 개선 목적으로만 사용합니다.
거부(옵트아웃) 방법 — 아래 중 하나만 적용해도 인구통계 보고서에서 제외됩니다.
- Google 계정의 광고 설정에서 "광고 개인 최적화"를 사용 중지
- Android 설정 → 개인정보 보호 → 광고 에서 광고 ID 삭제 또는 재설정
- EEA·영국 이용자는 제6항의 UMP 동의 양식에서 동의하지 않음을 선택

8. 보유 및 파기
- 제2항의 서버 저장 정보는 랭킹·대결 등 해당 기능을 제공하는 동안 보관하며, 해당 서비스가 종료되면 파기합니다.
- 제3자 서비스가 처리하는 정보(제3항)의 보유 기간은 각 사업자의 정책을 따릅니다.
- 기기 내 데이터는 이용자가 앱을 삭제하거나 데이터를 지우면 함께 삭제됩니다.
9. 이용자의 권리
이용자는 「개인정보 보호법」 및 GDPR(해당하는 경우)에 따라 다음 권리를 가집니다.
- 열람, 정정, 삭제, 처리 정지·제한 요구
- 처리에 대한 이의 제기 및 동의 철회
- 데이터 이동(GDPR)
- 감독기관(EEA: 해당국 감독기관 / 한국: 개인정보보호위원회·개인정보침해신고센터)에 민원 제기
권리 행사는 제14항의 연락처로 요청하실 수 있습니다.
10. 아동의 개인정보
당사 앱은 만 13세(해당 지역 기준 연령, 한국은 만 14세) 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 제7항의 인구통계 정보 역시 Google 정책에 따라 미성년 이용자에 대해서는 제공되지 않습니다.
11. 국외 이전
위 서비스(Google 등)는 이용자의 국가 외(미국 등)에 위치한 서버에서 정보를 처리할 수 있으며, 각 사업자의 적법한 보호조치를 따릅니다. 제2항의 당사 저장 정보 또한 Google Cloud/Firebase 인프라에서 처리됩니다.
12. 보안
당사는 상업적으로 합리적인 보호 수단을 사용합니다. 제2항의 서버 데이터는 인증된 본인만 자신의 문서를 수정할 수 있도록 접근 규칙으로 보호됩니다. 다만 인터넷 전송·전자적 저장의 100% 안전을 보장할 수는 없습니다.
13. 방침의 변경
본 방침은 수시로 개정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지에 게시합니다. 이용자의 권리에 불리하거나 처리 목적을 실질적으로 확대하는 변경은 시행 7일 전부터 고지합니다. 기존 처리 사실에 대한 설명·명확화를 위한 변경은 게시 시점부터 적용됩니다.

Privacy Policy
1. Overview
We respect your privacy and process only the minimum information needed to provide our services. Depending on an app's features, processing falls into two categories:
- Data processed by third-party services (all apps): our apps use the third-party services listed below (mainly Google) for advertising, analytics, crash diagnostics, push notifications, and payments, and these services may collect device and usage information (Section 3).
- Data we store directly (apps with online features only): apps that offer rankings, matches, or shared play store authentication identifiers, profiles, and game records on our own Firebase backend (Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore). In that case we are the data controller and Google acts as our processor (Section 2).
Content created by an app (e.g., audio recordings) is stored only on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.

4. Permissions
Depending on the app, permissions such as microphone (e.g., a voice recorder app), storage (e.g., an app that saves recordings or photos), or notifications (e.g., an alarm app) may be used. They are used only while the relevant feature is active, and data created via these permissions stays on your device; it is not transmitted or sold.
5. Rankings, matches, and public disclosure
In apps with online features, the following is visible to other users of that app:
- Publicly visible: your profile (nickname, avatar), the game activity records needed to display rankings, and words you submit in shared play.
- Not visible to others: authentication identifiers (Firebase UID, Play Games player ID), email address, and advertising identifiers.
- If you prefer not to be listed: simply do not use the ranking, match, or shared play features. You can change an already-submitted nickname or avatar within the app.
6. Advertising & consent (EEA/UK)
- For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the UK, we request consent for personalized ads through Google's UMP consent form. The advertising identifier is used for personalized ads only if you consent.
- If you do not consent, non-personalized (contextual) ads are served.
- In other regions, ads are served in accordance with applicable law.
- Change/withdraw consent: anytime via in-app Settings → "Reset ad consent". You can also reset/delete your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

7. Analytics and Google Analytics Advertising Features
We use Google Analytics (Firebase Analytics) to collect app usage statistics, and we have enabled the Demographics and Interests reporting of its Advertising Features (Google Signals).
- Through this, Google provides us with estimated age range, gender, and interest information in aggregated form only, and only for users who are signed in to a Google Account with Ads Personalization enabled. Usage across multiple devices may be counted as a single user.
- We do not identify the age or gender of any individual user and do not query the data in any way that singles out a specific person. Google withholds figures for groups that are too small.
- These statistics are used solely to understand our audience and improve our services and content.
How to opt out — any one of the following removes you from this reporting:
- Turn off "Ads Personalization" in your Google Account's Ad settings
- Delete or reset your Advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads
- EEA/UK users may select "Do not consent" in the UMP consent form described in Section 6

8. Retention
- The server-side data in Section 2 is retained for as long as we provide the relevant features (rankings, matches) and is destroyed when those services are discontinued.
- Data processed by third-party services (Section 3) is retained per their respective policies.
- On-device data is deleted when you uninstall the app or clear its data.
9. Your rights
Subject to applicable law (including GDPR where relevant), you have the right to:
- access, rectify, erase, and restrict processing of your data;
- object to processing and withdraw consent;
- data portability (GDPR);
- lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 14.
10. Children
Our apps are not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region; 14 in Korea), and we do not knowingly collect their personal data. Consistent with Google's policies, the demographic information described in Section 7 is not provided for underage users.
11. International transfers
The services above (e.g., Google) may process information on servers located outside your country (such as the United States), subject to their lawful safeguards. The data we store under Section 2 is likewise processed on Google Cloud/Firebase infrastructure.
12. Security
We use commercially reasonable safeguards. The server-side data described in Section 2 is protected by access rules that allow only the authenticated owner to modify their own records. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.
13. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will post changes on this page. Changes that adversely affect your rights or materially expand the purposes of processing will be announced at least 7 days before they take effect. Changes that merely clarify or describe existing processing apply from the date of posting.

- 第三者サービスが取り扱う情報（全アプリ共通）: 広告・分析・クラッシュ診断・プッシュ通知・決済のため、以下の第三者サービス（主に Google）を利用しており、これらが端末・利用情報を収集する場合があります（第3項）。
- 当社が直接保存する情報（オンライン機能を持つアプリのみ）: ランキング・対戦・みんなでプレイなどのオンライン機能を提供するアプリは、当社が運用する Firebase 基盤のバックエンド（Firebase Authentication、Cloud Firestore）に認証識別子・プロフィール・ゲーム記録を直接保存します。この場合当社が個人情報の管理者であり、Google は受託処理者となります（第2項）。
アプリが作成するコンテンツ（録音ファイルなど）は利用者の端末内にのみ保存され、当社サーバーへは送信されません。

4. 権限の利用
アプリによりマイク（例: ボイスレコーダーアプリ）・ストレージ（例: 録音や写真を保存するアプリ）・通知（例: アラームアプリ）などの権限を使用する場合があります。これらは機能の実行に必要な間のみ使用され、生成されたデータは端末内に保存され、外部への送信・販売は行いません。
5. ランキング・対戦機能と情報の公開
オンライン機能を持つアプリでは、次の情報が当該アプリの他の利用者に公開されます。
- 公開される情報: プロフィール（ニックネーム・アバター）、順位の表示に必要なゲーム利用記録、みんなでプレイで入力した単語。
- 公開されない情報: 認証識別子（Firebase UID、Play ゲームズのプレイヤー ID）、メールアドレス、広告識別子。
- 公開を望まない場合: ランキング・対戦・みんなでプレイの各機能をご利用にならなければ公開されません。既に登録されたニックネーム・アバターは、アプリ内で変更いただけます。
6. 広告と同意（EEA/英国）
- 欧州経済領域（EEA）・英国の利用者には、Google UMP の同意フォームを通じてパーソナライズ広告への同意を求めます。同意した場合にのみ広告識別子がパーソナライズ広告に使用されます。
- 同意しない場合は非パーソナライズ（コンテキスト）広告が配信されます。
- その他の地域では適用法令に従って広告が配信されます。
- 同意の変更・撤回: アプリ内設定 →「広告同意をリセット」からいつでも変更できます。広告 ID のリセット・削除は Android の設定 → プライバシー → 広告から可能です。

7. 分析および Google アナリティクス広告機能
当社は Google アナリティクス（Firebase Analytics）を利用してアプリの利用統計を収集しており、そのうち 広告機能（Google シグナル）のユーザー属性・インタレストレポートを利用しています。
- これにより Google は、広告のパーソナライズを有効にして Google アカウントにログインしている利用者に限り、推定年齢層・性別・インタレストの情報を集計された統計の形でのみ当社に提供します。複数の端末での利用が1人の利用者として集計される場合があります。
- 当社は個々の利用者の年齢・性別を特定することはなく、特定の個人を指し示せる形での照会も行いません。Google は集計人数が少ない項目を表示しません。
- 収集した統計は、利用者層の把握とサービス・コンテンツの改善のみに使用します。
オプトアウト（拒否）方法 — 次のいずれか1つを行えば本レポートの対象から外れます。
- Google アカウントの広告設定で「広告のパーソナライズ」をオフにする
- Android の設定 → プライバシー → 広告で広告 ID を削除またはリセットする
- EEA・英国の利用者は、第6項の UMP 同意フォームで「同意しない」を選択する

8. 保有と破棄
- 第2項のサーバー保存情報は、ランキング・対戦などの該当機能を提供している間保管し、当該サービスの終了時に破棄します。
- 第三者サービスが取り扱う情報（第3項）の保有期間は各事業者の方針に従います。
- 端末内のデータはアプリの削除またはデータ消去により削除されます。
9. 利用者の権利
適用法令（該当する場合は GDPR を含む）に基づき、利用者は次の権利を有します。
- アクセス、訂正、削除、処理の制限の請求
- 処理への異議申立ておよび同意の撤回
- データポータビリティ（GDPR）
- 監督機関への苦情申立て
権利の行使は第14項の連絡先までご依頼ください。
10. 子どものプライバシー
当社アプリは13歳（地域により定める年齢。韓国では14歳）未満の子どもを対象としておらず、子どもの個人情報を故意に収集しません。第7項のユーザー属性情報についても、Google のポリシーに従い未成年の利用者については提供されません。
11. 国外移転
上記のサービス（Google など）は、利用者の国外（米国など）のサーバーで情報を処理する場合があり、各事業者の適法な保護措置に従います。第2項の当社保存情報も Google Cloud/Firebase のインフラ上で処理されます。
12. セキュリティ
当社は商業的に合理的な保護措置を講じます。第2項のサーバーデータは、認証された本人のみが自身の文書を変更できるアクセスルールで保護されています。ただし、インターネット送信・電子的保存の100%の安全性を保証することはできません。
13. ポリシーの変更
本ポリシーは随時改定されることがあり、変更時は本ページに掲載します。利用者の権利に不利となる変更、または取扱いの目的を実質的に拡大する変更は、施行の7日前までに告知します。既存の取扱いに関する説明・明確化のための変更は、掲載時点から適用されます。
